Basically, Mental health comprises our psychological, emotional and social well-being. In simple terms, it is the way we think, feel and behave. A healthy mind enables us to manage our moods with clear sight and purpose, make good choice and respond to situations calmly.

We have specially designed a series of mental health hygiene educational talks that aims to equip everyone to be the champion of his or her mental health.
