When we started as a small counselling centre, our mission was to provide compassionate, high-quality care to those in need. Thanks to the trust and support from our clients, we’ve grown both in size and in the positive impact we’ve made in our community.
To continue offering quality services while managing rising operational costs, we’ve made adjustments to our fees. This change ensures we can sustain the level of care you deserve.
These are the details of the fee revision that will take effect from 1st Jan 2025.

We understand that the cost of counselling can feel significant, but we deeply value the importance of prioritizing your mental health. Our goal is to make your journey as accessible and fulfilling as possible. If you find our services helpful and are looking for ways to save, you can explore our credit package.

- Credits: 1600

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use the purchased credits for current services?
Absolutely! Once you receive your coupon code, you can start using your credits immediately. You’ll also benefit from savings even before the fee adjustment takes effect in 2025.
How can I track my balance of credits?
It’s easy! Simply visit our Appointment Booking Page, scroll to the bottom, and select “CHECK CODE BALANCE.” Enter your registered email address, and we’ll send the information directly to your inbox.

Can I still claim insurance with the purchased credits?
Yes, we will provide a receipt for your credit package purchase or after each psychotherapy session, which you can submit for insurance claims. Please note that once a receipt is issued, we cannot reissue a different type of receipt.

What happens if I can’t use all the credits within the validity period?
Any unused credits will expire at the end of the validity period, and refunds will not be available. However, we can help you schedule your sessions in advance to make the most of your package, or you can choose to convert unused credits into a gift card for friends or family. Every 250 credits can be converted into a $150 gift card (limited to one denomination for conversions).

Can I transfer the credits to others?
To protect against fraud and simplify verification, credits are non-transferable.
How do I book a session?
Booking a session is simple. Just visit our book page, schedule your appointment, and enter your coupon code at checkout.
Can I change therapists while using the package?
Yes, you can request to change therapists at any time, you can write to [email protected] to request a change of therapist. You can also use your credits for other services, such as switching from individual to couple therapy.
Can I request a refund?
Refunds are not available for the credit package.
What happens if I don’t have sufficient credits to book a full session for my last booking?
Since each credit is equivalent to SGD 1, you can simply top up the remaining balance to book an appointment.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. You can easily reschedule your appointment by using the “Reschedule/Cancellation” option in your appointment confirmation email. Please note that changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees, in line with our policy.
Will the credits used for the session be refunded?
If the session is cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment, the credits will be returned to your package.
Can I purchase multiple packages?
Yes, you’re welcome to purchase multiple packages. Just keep in mind that the validity of each package begins on the date of purchase.
Will this credit package be available after the promotion period?
We cannot guarantee that the promotion will be available again, as we rarely offer promotions. As a valued existing client, we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity while it lasts.

We accept a variety of payment methods, including PayNow, credit/debit cards, and online payment platforms.
