Ms. Lily brings a caring, empathetic, and attentive approach to therapy. She listens with intention and draws on evidence-based methods such as EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and neuroscience-informed techniques, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of her clients. Many describe their work with her as safe, genuine, and practical—offering more than “textbook advice” by introducing strategies that create real relief in daily life.
Over the years, Lily has had the privilege of supporting individuals and couples through a range of challenges, including trauma, infidelity, anxiety, and relationship conflict. Many of her clients notice meaningful shifts after just a few sessions, while others choose to work with her more deeply to process long-held emotional wounds. In every case, she strives to make therapy an empowering and affirming journey toward growth and healing.
Many of Lily’s clients seek therapy when life feels heavy—whether due to relationship struggles, family pressures, work stress, or unresolved past trauma. Supporting clients through relationship and marriage-related challenges has reinforced her belief that true healing happens when individuals feel genuinely seen, understood, and equipped with practical tools to navigate emotional difficulties.
Lily views therapy as more than just easing pain; it is also about helping clients reconnect with themselves, find their voice, and rebuild resilience. Her goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space while offering strategies that can be applied in everyday life.
In addition to her clinical work, Lily has delivered talks on Mindful Self-Compassion, Emotion Regulation and Self-Care, and Couple Relationships both locally and overseas, sharing practical insights to support emotional well-being and healthier connections.
She also continues her professional growth under the guidance of respected EFCT supervisors in Singapore and through peer supervisions in other modalities, ensuring that her practice remains informed, effective, and current.
