Senior Marriage Counsellor
Are you an experienced professional passionate about supporting couples in strengthening their relationships? We are looking for seasoned Senior Marriage Counsellors to join our team and make a positive difference.
Position Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a helping profession, with extensive experience in marriage counselling.
- Education: At least Master’s degree in Counselling or a related discipline.
- Expertise: Proven skills in marital intervention, with a track record of guiding couples toward growth and understanding.
Application Process:
Qualified candidates will participate in a two-round interview process:
Round 1:
A general interview to discuss your professional experience, approach, and values.
Round 2:
A clinical interview. Candidates may either participate in a practical assessment or submit a 20-minute transcript of clinical work showcasing effective marital intervention techniques.
