We all feel angry from time to time, that’s perfectly normal to feel angry.  However, it becomes problematic when you act out your anger in a socially inappropriate and unacceptable way. Inability to manage and express your anger appropriately will hurt all aspects of your life, such as work, relationships, and even how you feel towards yourself. Going to the extremes, you might end up in a feud or lawsuit.

On the other side, if you suppress your anger by holding it in, you will become resentful, depressed, easily agitated, and even hostile towards others. As the anger isn’t processed properly, it will eventually affect your health as well.
